Cinnamon Hotel, Hanoi

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were lovely, very clean, and spacious, offering a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the Cathedral. However, the noise from the church bells could be a bit much. The service was top-notch, with staff being polite, friendly, and always professional. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of great shopping, cafes, and restaurants, but it might be a bit overpriced compared to others in the area. The dining experience left something to be desired, as the food options were not good at all. Despite that, the facilities were modern and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
